Taylor Tool & Die

A Place we get Work Done

Taylor Tool and Die, Inc. started out as a small tool and die shop in the early 70s thus the company name. However, over time the industry progressed with the invention of computers and the digital age. We have progressed too with time by adding CNC mills and lathes to our repertoire of manual equipment. Additionally, we have shifted our focus from tool and die to precision fabrication and manufacturing job shop but kept our company name the same.

Today everything seems to be all about automation in order to compete and keep cost down. We are pushing in that direction by using a probing system for setups, feature measuring, and tool adjustments. Since we do mostly low volume to one off manufacturing reducing setup times and errors is an one of the areas we focused to reduce cost. Occasionally we have jobs that are extensive 3D surfaces with long run times and we take every advantage to run lights out.
